SimuFix Kenya retains customer data for 5-7 years for business records, tax compliance, and warranty purposes. After this period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

5. Payment Data

Payment data is processed through secure, encrypted channels. We comply with PCI-DSS standards for payment card security. SimuFix Kenya does not store full credit card numbers. M-Pesa transactions are processed directly through the M-Pesa network.
